These Terms govern your use of the Xee Security platform ("the Service"), operated by Xee Holdings (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in South Africa. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
The Service provides an ISO/IEC 27001 compliance workspace and, where separately engaged, AI-guided penetration testing. Compliance features are self-service; penetration-testing engagements are delivered under a separate signed authorisation and rules of engagement.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be authorised to act for the organisation you register.
You may not use the Service to test, scan or attack any system you are not authorised to assess. Penetration-testing features are gated behind a signed authorisation for exactly this reason.
Paid plans are billed monthly in South African Rand via PayFast until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing on notice; changes apply from your next billing date.
We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practical.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, and our processing of your customer data in our Data Processing Addendum.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or non-payment, after reasonable notice where practical.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
